We want you to feel confident and empowered in your Rat & Boa pieces, so if your order isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and labels still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered.

  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
